Paws & Pages at Prosser (Dec. 17 @ 1:15 PM)

Come read to a furry friend! A registered therapy dog and handler, trained in the Reading Education Assistance Dogs (R.E.A.D.)® program, will visit the library to meet with young readers. Sign up for a 20-minute time slot. Open to all, including pre-readers, those with special needs, and those wishing to become comfortable around dogs. MASKS ARE REQUIRED for all participants for this event. We require masking because social distancing isn’t possible during this interactive activity and because the dog’s handler is medically vulnerable. Registration is also required for this program. Tween Book Club: GREENGLASS HOUSE (Dec. 19 @ 5:00 PM) (Zoom)

In December, we will be discussing the mystery chapter book GREENGLASS HOUSE. And best of all, I can actually give out copies of the book to keep for anyone interested in joining the discussion! Just visit our Prosser or our McMahon Wintonbury location to pick up your personal copy of the book! You must be registered for the program to claim a copy of the book. There are a limited number of copies, so free books are only available while supplies last. Registration is also required to receive the Zoom information to join the virtual discussion.
