Looking for gently used books at a great price? Friends of the Library have opened two spaces for ongoing book sales – The Booksellers’ Cellar at Prosser Library and The Annex at McMahon Wintonbury Library.
The Booksellers’ Cellar, our new dedicated space at Prosser, sells gently used books and media. Take the stairs or elevator to the ground floor (parking level) and turn left. All proceeds support special library programming such as Summer Reading.

The Annex at McMahon Wintonbury is open whenever McMahon Wintonbury Library is open, and the sales are self-serve. You’ll find Annex bookshelves on the low shelves facing the computers.
The Booksellers’ Cellar and The Annex are currently well stocked with gently used books on a variety of subjects. Prices are:
$3 Adults – Orange Dot indicating new, popular, or pristine condition books
$2 Adults – hardcover and trade paperbacks
$1 Adults – library discards or marked withdrawn
$0.50 Adults – mass market paperbacks
$1 Children and Young Adults – hardcover
$0.50 Children and Young Adults – softcover
$2 DVDs
$1 CDs and Audiobooks
