Welcome to the Bloomfield Public Library Summer Reading Program! Summer Reading is open to all ages – children, teens, and adults. This year’s theme is “Find Your Voice” and the program runs June 5 – August 11. We’re excited to share another great summer reading season with all of you. Please contact us at (860) 243-9721 or (860) 242-0041 with any questions you may have.
To participate, you need to choose a username and password to use every time you log into the online summer reading module (it’s called READsquared) to enter your titles. We love it when all members of a family or household participate in summer reading! You can register and link all family accounts, or register each member of your family separately…the choice is yours!
Click here to view READsquared instructional videos for help with registration and other tips.

Summer reading events and prizes are generously funded by the Friends of the Bloomfield Public Libraries.
Did you know that Summer Reading encourages children to become lifelong library users?

Summer Reading Survey
We’d love to get your feedback. A summer reading survey will be available starting on July 17th and will be active until the end of Summer Reading on August 11th. Be sure to check back here for the survey link later in July!
