Welcome to the Bloomfield Public Library Summer Reading Program! This year’s theme is “Read Beyond the Beaten Path.” Summer Reading runs June 6 – August 12. We’re excited to share another great summer reading season with all of you. Please contact us at (860) 243-9721 or (860)242-0041 with any questions you may have.
Summer Reading is open to all. To participate, you need to choose a username and password to use every time you log into the online summer reading module to enter your titles.
CALLING ALL READERS: We love it when all members of a family or household participate in summer reading! You can register each member under one person.
Check out the library event calendar for programs all summer long!
Summer reading events and prizes are generously funded by the Friends of the Bloomfield Public Libraries.
Did you know that Summer Reading encourages children to become lifelong library users?
Make reading a key part of spending time together! Visit the Reading is Fundamental website, with more ideas to keep children reading over the summer.
Please take our Summer Reading Survey! We’d love to get your feedback. The survey will be available beginning July 29th (and active until August 12).
