Pia is the Owner and Director of Wabi-Sabi Yoga and Wellness Center in Windsor, CT. Through yoga, meditation and breath work she believes healing happens from the inside out. Her Gentle Yoga Class is a true representation of the Eight Limbs of Yoga! We will start with Meditation and breath work followed by seated postures and standing postures with the assistance of a chair.
