Library Policies
The Bloomfield Public Library is for the use of all citizens. By the very nature of the type of service the library renders to citizens, it is necessary for the library to adopt clear and fair policies that ensure a pleasant and meaningful experience for all patrons. Towards that end, the policies described in the documents on this page were adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Bloomfield Public Library.
